Terms And Conditions For Delivery At Lily West

1. Flowers are delivered fresh.
2. Our van is air-conditioned, our flowers are be delivered fresh.
3. We deliver to every suburb in Adelaide, no matter how big or small the job is, we have no minimum.
4. The recipients full name, address and telephone details are to be correct prior to delivery.
5. Wine, fresh fruit and gourmet products will not be left at the door in no case if the recipient is not home. The products will be brought back to Lily West.
6. An additional charge for second delivery requested will occur if the recipient is not home.
7. Funerals will be charged under the express 1 hour rate.
8. Full payment to be processed prior to delivery.
9. A second item to the same address will occur an additional $3.50 per item.
10. To order alcohol with your order, you must be 18 years old.
11. Lily West holds the right to ask for identification.
